We’re seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Growth Marketing Lead to oversee our marketing initiatives, build our brand, and drive measurable business results. Position Overview:
The Growth Marketing Lead will spearhead marketing efforts to generate leads, support sales, and establish System-3 as a recognized industry leader. This role focuses on creating impactful campaigns, managing digital channels, and working collaboratively with the Sales Team to achieve growth objectives.
Location: Hybrid, Toronto, ON
The ideal candidate will have
Experience:
· 5-8 years of experience in performance marketing, SEO, and content creation.
· Experience in HR consulting, HR tech, or SaaS is highly preferred.
· Proven track record in managing campaigns across Canadian and U.S. markets.
· Familiarity with multiple marketing tools and automation platforms.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
· Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand recognition.
· Collaborate with the Sales Team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and sales cycles.
· Launch campaigns for new clients and identify opportunities to expand market share; Manage marketing campaigns for both Canadian and U.S. markets.
SEO and Content Creation:
· Maintain and optimize System-3’s brand presence through ongoing SEO efforts.
· Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content for LinkedIn, blogs, and other channels.
· Act as the "Center of Excellence" for marketing materials and brand-specific content.
Brand Development:
· Spearhead initiatives to establish System-3 as a leading brand in HR-tech.
· Oversee and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence to foster community engagement and brand authority.
· Use analytics and market insights to continuously refine strategies and maximize ROI.
Sales Support and Automation:
· Provide presentation-ready research, materials, and tools to support the Sales Team.
· Implement marketing automation processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
