We are VC-backed, (Funding from Round13.) and are experiencing meaningful growth. We are currently seeking a Marketing Lead to join our team and help us grow to the next level.

Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, exceptional analytical skills, capable of managing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will have

  • At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Trained in blue chip company combined with early -stage tech start-up (preferably SaaS) experience.
  • Exposed to both US and Canadian clients.
  • Marketed direct B2B and through channels.
  • Successful marketing both to small, mid- sized and enterprise companies.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing marketing campaigns delivering measurable sales results.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals to drive growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Campaign Management: Design, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, content, social media, and events.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling content for various channels, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media updates, and internal materials for use in sales and client communications. Build brand awareness through creative ways to approach buyers (nurture a community of loyal product evangelists, hosting in-person events, scrappy methods to generate attention with small budget, master social content across all formats – short-and long-form text, video, and audio).
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, pricing & packaging and competitive intelligence; adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer success team to align marketing efforts with product development and business objectives.
  • Innovation: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the cutting edge of marketing and technology.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
