We’re seeking a driven and collaborative Product Manager to guide our product development processes, prioritize features, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. Position Overview

As a Product Manager, you will oversee both the strategic and operational aspects of our flagship product—trusted by organizations across multiple industries and use cases. This is a unique opportunity to work on a product that combines the rigor of SOC 2 compliance with the agility of rapid, innovation-driven iteration. You’ll lead sprint planning and prioritization efforts, collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives, and engage directly with clients to deliver impactful solutions.

Working closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in refining a product that balances enterprise-grade security with cutting-edge adaptability and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have

Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in B2B environments, with additional familiarity in B2C being a plus.
  • Successful track record of building standalone, self-service SaaS products.
  • Hands-on experience in startups/scale-ups, HR tech, or similar fast-paced environments.
  • Client-facing experience, including onboarding, training, and product support.

Skills

  • Expertise in Agile methodologies and product management frameworks.
  • Strong ability to identify revenue and commercial opportunities and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Expertise with AI, automation, and/or integrations, emphasizing scalability and impact.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership and Advisory

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, contributing to strategic decision-making and long-term product vision.
  • Identify and prioritize commercial opportunities by understanding market trends and customer pain points.

Product Strategy

  • Develop strategies for leveraging AI, automation, and integrations to enhance the product and create scalable solutions.
  • Lead prioritization of the product evolution using decision-making methodologies and frameworks to align with business objectives and client needs.
  • Gain a deep understanding of client feedback and pain points, market trends, and strategic opportunities.

Client-Centric Innovation

  • Collaborate directly with clients to validate concepts and ensure features address real-world use cases.
  • Prioritize opportunities that drive revenue generation and foster deeper client engagement.
  • Balance user-centric design with technical feasibility for scalable, intuitive solutions.

Documentation and Metrics

  • Maintain detailed internal documentation, user guides, and release notes that articulate product functionality and value.
  • Track and report on product KPIs such as feature adoption rates and NPS, using insights to drive continuous improvement.

Operational Excellence and Delivery

  • Drive Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, ensuring efficient execution.
  • Monitor progress, remove blockers, and ensure a steady pace of development, iteration, and QA.
  • Focus on delivering a self-service SaaS experience with user-friendly design and enterprise-grade security.
